Who we are...

 

SJ & Associates has been evaluating and treating children with developmental delays in New York since 1995. Our staff is comprised of licensed and certified professionals with a wealth of experience in serving children with a variety of special needs throughout Orange, Rockland, Ulster, and Dutchess Counties. We are qualified New York State and Department of Health Early Intervention providers for children ages 0-3. We also work with school districts to provide preschool evaluations and services for children ages 3-5.

 

Evaluations

We conduct Multidisciplinary (Bilingual-Spanish available) and Supplemental Evaluations, Speech and Language, Oral Motor/Feeding, Education, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Psychological Evaluations.

 

Services

We provide Ongoing Service Coordination for families who qualify for the NYS Early Intervention Program.

Treatments

We provide Speech and Language Therapy, Oral Motor/Feeding Therapy, Special Instruction, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work/Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy, Parent Child Groups, and Group Developmental Models.

Private Treatments

We provide private pay developmental evaluations and speech therapy in our Monroe and Stony Point offices.

Convenience

Our Early Intervention evaluation teams will come to your home or another appropriate community location. Our preschool evaluators will come to your home, or you may choose to come in to our Monroe or Garnerville offices.
