Early Intervention Evaluations
(Multidisciplinary - MDEs)

If you have concerns about your child’s development, you’re not alone—and getting answers is the first step. Our Early Intervention evaluations, also known as Multidisciplinary Evaluations (MDEs), are designed to give you a clear, supportive understanding of your child’s strengths and needs.

Our experienced team works together to assess key areas of development, such as communication, motor skills, social-emotional growth, and learning. We take a play-based, child-friendly approach in your child's natural environment so your child feels comfortable and engaged throughout the process.

During the evaluation, we’ll observe your child, interact through play, and talk with you about your concerns and your child’s history. We truly value your input—because you know your child best.

After the evaluation, we’ll walk you through the results in a way that’s easy to understand. If your child is eligible for Early Intervention services in New York State, we’ll help guide you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

Our goal is simple: to make the evaluation process feel supportive, informative, and empowering—so you can feel confident moving forward.
